My name is Nora Philbin. I am a physician, researcher, wife, step-mother, mentor, and career coach. I specialize in career coaching for anyone looking to make a change in their career trajectory. Whether you are burned out and looking to transition to a new role, just starting out on your career journey, or reentering the work force after time away, I am here to help you discover what you want to do next.
My Story
I have had a long and varied career in research and medicine. Over the years, I have made several career transitions including two international moves. I have worked with career coaches in the past who helped me find clarity around what I wanted to do next in my career. Therefore, I personally, understand the powerful potential of career coaching. In 2022, I decided to pursue a career as a coach myself. I completed a Level 1 Diploma in Integrative Coaching from Become Coaching and Training which provided me with 76 hours of International Federation of Coaching (ICF) Coach Training through live classes, 1-1 observations, written feedback and coach mentoring. I created August Coaching in 2025. I have supported coaching clients in the US, UK, and EU. I am working toward my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential. I would be happy to partner with you on your career transition journey.
